ABOUT ME


Hi, I’m Jennie—barre teacher, anatomy nerd, and longtime movement educator.

I teach barre for people who want a strong, smart workout without the toxic body image messaging that’s often found in barre spaces. My classes blend rhythm, challenge, and anatomical precision into a fierce and efficient total-body experience that’s as empowering as it is energizing.

You’ll sweat (yes), feel the fire (definitely), and move to great music—without being told to shrink or sculpt anything.

I came to barre by way of yoga, which I’ve been teaching for two decades. That background, along with years of deep study in anatomy, gives me a grounded understanding of how bodies move—and how to teach in a way that’s accessible, sustainable, and effective for all ages and experience levels.

Whether you’re new to barre or know your way around a tiny dip and a pulse, you’re welcome here. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll move from there.
